Why I do this work

Hi, I’m Julia.

I’m a doctor of physical therapy, endurance coach, and someone who spends a lot of time outside running, hiking, and backpacking.

After navigating my own setbacks while training for my first marathon, I realized how confusing it can be to balance performance, recovery, and long-term consistency.

Now, I help runners, hikers, and endurance athletes train with more clarity and confidence so they can stay strong, keep progressing, and spend more time doing what they love outside.
